Job Summary
The Property Cleaner roles focuses on maintaining cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal of residential apartment communities, performing routine laundry-related tasks, landscaping, debris removal, seasonal maintenance, and assisting the Site Manager and Maintenance team to uphold property standards and ready units for turnover. Responsibilities include washing, drying, folding linens; inspecting textiles; reporting replacements; maintaining laundry equipment; ensuring stock of clean linens; organizing and storing laundry; following hygiene and fabric care procedures; managing laundry schedules; monitoring curb appeal, landscaping, safety of sidewalks and common areas; proper irrigation; snow and ice management; and assisting with unit turnover. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prefers related maintenance experience; candidates should have strong mechanical/technical aptitude, basic computer skills for records and work orders, good communication with tenants and the management team, dependability, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks and emergencies; physical and environmental stamina, ability to operate tools, and availability to travel if needed. Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience in maintenance or a similar role preferred
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in property maintenance or facilities management preferred
- Dependability and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and emergency situations
