Job Summary
Process and upload policies, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, invoices, and related documentation with speed and accuracy. Prepare and issue binders for new and renewal P&C business, review and execute suspense items, and assist with rating, endorsements, and cancellations as directed. Provide professional customer service via phone and email to internal and external partners while issuing Notices of Cancellation as needed. Maintain organized records, ensure compliance with audit standards, and support Commercial Lines submissions. Obtain and maintain a Texas P&C license within 90 days. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 – 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Strong multitasking capabilities in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent proofreading and accuracy
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to obtain and maintain Texas P&C license within 90 days

- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
