Property Care Specialist

Act as the primary liaison between owners, guests, and the management company, serving as the first contact for all issues, requests, and questions. Field issues and requests for owners and guests while maintaining condition and damage control for homes and units. Manage homeowner projects and check on the cleanliness of properties. Handle guest and employee concerns expeditiously, working directly with Maintenance and Housekeeping employees or contractors. Complete daily paperwork and perform office tasks such as answering phones, typing, filing, and emailing. Secure reservation bookings and speak with guests, including meeting them at check-in. Maintain a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
