Job Summary
Oversee operational and financial performance for the Scouter’s Mountain community in Happy Valley, OR. Manage leasing, rent collections, resident services, maintenance coordination, and capital improvements while driving revenue growth and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Lead personnel management and reporting, supervise staff, and collaborate with committees to achieve budgeted goals. Proficient in Yardi Voyager and Yardi RENTCafe; strong administrative, organizational, and customer-service skills; able to work independently and within teams to deliver results.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily apartment management

- Knowledge of Yardi Voyager and Yardi RENTCafe software
