Property & Buildings Central Region Operations Leader

Property & Buildings Central Region Operations Leader responsible for overseeing delivery of all projects, monitoring P&L including revenue generation, project margin, EBITDA, DSO, staff utilization, quality and safety; partner with Business Operation Director, Local Leaders, HR Partners, Finance Managers, and Project Accounting; lead Local Operations Leaders and PDs, drive consistent project delivery, operational reporting, and training/mentoring for project managers and staff; support HR with personnel issues, drive safety, sustainability, and ethics/compliance programs; focus on budgets, forecasting, funding, cash flow, and achieving KPI targets (EBITDA, net revenue, growth, margin erosion, headcount, billability).
