Job Summary
Coordinate, track, record, tag, receive, distribute, replace, and dispose of assets to ensure proper accountability and recordkeeping. Maintain and update databases and software to generate reports on fleet vehicles, tractors, infrastructure, and insurance claims. Verify and reconcile fixed assets by physically locating them across DEVCOM-CBC, perform annual inventories, and ensure all administrative functions and paperwork are in order. Communicate with customers, deliver service to internal and external stakeholders, and identify safety concerns to supervisors. Submit monthly tracking matrices and maintain accurate files for the Contractor Supervisor while adhering to Army property regulations and audit standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of (3) Years of Personal Property Book Experience working in a DoD Accountable Property Database/System (DPAS/GCSS-ARMY)
- Associates of Arts Degree
- active CLASS C Driver's License
- Minimum of (5) Years of Personal Property Book Experience working in a DoD Accountable Property Database/System (DPAS/GCSS-ARMY)
- High School Diploma/GED
- active CLASS C Driver's License
- Served in the US Military
- retained a Logistics – Military Occupation Specialty (MOS) in a related capacity for a Minimum of (4) Years
- active CLASS C Driver's License
- Know and understand ARMY property regulation
