Job Summary
Property Attendant position at InTown Suites (Woodstock, GA). Live on property during employment and serve as the property’s after-hours emergency contact. Responsibilities include monitoring safety/security, assisting guests, handling guest needs and complaints, reporting issues to General Manager or authorities, verifying IDs to provide room access, assisting with minor maintenance, documenting rounds and incidents, and performing routine property inspections. Schedule includes on-call shifts, with nightly and weekend rounds at specified times; role emphasizes guest service, safety, and adherence to guest agreements. No firearms or dangerous weaponry permitted on property; position is on-site with required living arrangement and compliance with company policies. Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret information found in a variety of internal hotel information
- Ability to read, speak, and write in an efficient manner to interact with guests and staff
- Ability to self-supervise and work with limited supervision
- Indoor work with hard and carpeted surfaces; ability to climb and stand on ladders at heights up to approximately 30 feet
- Frequent walking at a quick pace, standing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching and/or crawling for extended periods
- Lifting and carrying over 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs
- Ability to reach with arms outstretched or overhead
