Job Summary
Ensure assigned areas are clean and neat as directed by management. Continually clean ash urns, bathhouses, restrooms, and picnic areas. Address, clean, and empty trash receptacles, picnic tables, and debris throughout the unit. Maintain pristine common areas in employee housing and assist with housekeeping of houseboats and eco-tents. Operate company vehicles including golf carts and gators to travel throughout the property. Serve as an ambassador for the area's offerings to guests while maintaining a friendly attitude. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50lbs, and strong sanitation habits.
Required Qualifications
- Partial High School education
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent
- Strong customer service abilities
- People oriented
- Strong communication/public speaking skills
- Strong work ethic
- Team-oriented skills
- Must adhere to company appearance and uniform standards
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong sanitation habits
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stay on task independently without constant direction and supervision
- Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks
- Frequent movements from place to place within the unit
- Bend, lift up to 50lbs
- Carry, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height frequently
- Move in a constantly changing environment
- Operating company vehicles, including golf carts and gators
- Travel throughout the property
- Reading and writing work-related documents in English
- Speech recognition and clarity
- Ability to understand the speech of customers and co-workers
- Ability to speak clearly so that you can be understood by customers and co-workers in English
- Physical presence at the job site
