Job Summary
Property Associate providing administrative support for an Office property or portfolio, including data entry and maintenance of property records, AP/AR processing, vendor coordination, tenant relations, and preparation of monthly reports and lease administration tasks, in a San Francisco on-site role. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating maintenance and service requests, assisting with financial tasks, supporting tenant move-in processes, coordinating communications and events to enhance tenant experience, and providing backup reception support; requires a BA/BS with accounting/finance coursework and 1-2 years in an office/customer-service environment. On-site role in San Francisco, CA; part-time, 24 hours/week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Business Management, or related business field with completed coursework in accounting and finance.
- 1-2 years of work experience in an office environment, preferably in commercial real estate or property management
- 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service or customer-facing position
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with eagerness to grow within the commercial real estate industry
