Job Summary
Proactive, hands-on Property Assistant at Summerset’s Ellerslie village responsible for general property and garden maintenance, building refurbishments, landscaping, and grounds care; participate in property inspections and promptly report safety or maintenance issues; liaise clearly with residents, team members, and contractors; Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, in-person collaboration with Property Manager and Head Gardener to maintain safety, beauty, and smooth operations across the village; suitable for someone practical, approachable, and reliable who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working in a people-first environment; requires experience in property maintenance and gardening, strong DIY or trade skills, and a current driver’s licence; the organisation values diversity and offers benefits and opportunities for training and career progression.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in property maintenance and gardening
- Strong DIY or trade skills – part trade qualified preferred
- A current driver’s licence
