Property & Asset Services Operations Manager NSW/ACT

Job Summary
Oversee delivery of EU, LM, AO and TARM services across NSW/ACT sites; coordinate integration of service lines in line with SOW and client expectations; monitor regional compliance against contract standards and policies; manage regional budgets, forecasting and financial reporting + support PAS Contract Manager with financial inputs for CCPs and variations; build and maintain strong relationships with Defence clients across NSW/ACT; requires AGSVA Security Clearance; extensive experience in senior operations or contract management within infrastructure, FM or Defence sectors; solid background managing subcontractors in high-risk or regulated environments; comprehensive understanding of asset management and maintenance service delivery; bring a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Facilities Management, Engineering or similar
