Job Summary

Oversee residential properties across Stinson Beach, Bolinas, and Nicasio, managing systems oversight, general repairs, and vendor coordination. Schedule routine and preventative maintenance programs while handling county water and sewer administration and estate vehicle upkeep. Lead renovation projects from planning through contractor coordination, maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and compliance issues. Requires Marin-area residency, a personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement, and up to 75% travel. This senior-level role demands discretion and technical competence within a private household setting.

  • Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and compliance issues
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with principals and household staff
