Job Summary
Maintenance Personnel performs maintenance, construction, and grounds keeping tasks to ensure safe, functional, and attractive buildings and grounds, plus minor vehicle repairs. Responsibilities include completing reporting and documents, reporting safety hazards, assisting with purchasing equipment/materials, and lifting up to 60 pounds. Requires valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance, and successful background checks/drug test.
