Job Summary

Oversee, manage, and analyze activities associated with asset business systems to ensure customer and US Government property are managed in accordance with applicable regulations and policies. Maintain property accountability records, determine condition of assets, and arrange disposal of surplus or obsolete material. Conduct internal and external property assessments to analyze results for financial and operational purposes; provide guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle management. Review and update property records in property database, prepare periodic and special reports on property and material review, physical inventory planning, and contract annual government property reports. Conduct property surveillance reviews and annual physical inventories at supplier and subcontractor sites. Collaborate with Buyers, Subcontract Administrators, and Program and Functional area PFPs to ensure accountability of assets is maintained. Support various Property Management System Analysis, Contractor Self-Assessment reviews, Mission Assurance/Quality audits, and AS9100 audits. Assist program management in the planning and execution of property management life cycle. Occasional irregular hours and travel may be required for the role.

Required Qualifications

  • Top Secret security clearance
  • US citizenship
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in property/asset management or related field
  • Master's degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in property/asset management or related field
  • 6 years of applied experience in lieu of degree requirement
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Top Secret Security Clearance
  • 9/80 schedule
  • Full-time onsite work
  • Occasional irregular hours
  • Travel (10% of the time)

Desired Qualifications

  • ERP/SAP experience
  • Automated Property Management experience
  • Combined experience in property management, material/equipment control, inventory, requisitioning/purchasing, logistics, and management
  • Experience creating, monitoring and reporting on all property operations metrics
  • Experience supporting U.S. government customers & contracts
  • Experience with FAR/DFAR
  • Internal and external audit experience
  • Strong quality assurance/control experience
  • A current/active US Government Top Secret security clearance
