Job Summary
Greet and process visitors, vendors, and homeowners while enforcing visitor management policies. Monitor for irregular or unusual activity and investigate incidents to prepare detailed reports. Provide assistance in a courteous and professional manner to all stakeholders. This role requires experience in access control for residential communities, a D- License, and the ability to stand or walk for long periods. Candidates must be available for Saturday and Sunday shifts from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, plus Monday and Tuesday shifts from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, totaling 32 hours per week. Starting wage is $17.50 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience working for access control for residential communities
- Open availability to work all shifts and schedules
- Reliable transportation
- Good communications skills
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Ability to walk/run flights of stairs on a daily basis
- Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods
- Reliable, positive attitude, and ethical behavior
- High School Diploma
- D- License
