Job Summary
Property Administrator, Revenue Control responsible for billing execution, collections, cash application, and revenue control activities within a centralized Lease-to-Cash model. Performs monthly/annual recurring billings, manual/non-standard billings, percent rent billing, and prepares rental notices. Manages cash application, EFT/auto-debit transactions, credit reimbursements, tenant refunds, and AR aging. Responds to tenant inquiries, investigates billing discrepancies, and escalates issues related to setup or lease interpretation. Requires post-secondary education in a related field and 1–3 years of accounts receivable/lease administration experience; proficient in Microsoft Excel with JDE/Yardi or comparable systems; able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment within a pod-based team. Four days per week at head office located at 100 Adelaide Street West, Toronto, ON. Salary range is $60,000–$75,000, with potential incentive plans and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, lease administration, accounting, credit, collections, or a related field
- Experience supporting routine billing, collections, cash application, tenant account maintenance, and related reporting activities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute work accurately and consistently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with JDE, Yardi, or comparable financial systems
