Job Summary
Property Administrator (CRE) supports the Property Management Team by handling administrative duties, coordinating lease administration tasks and service contracts, processing invoices and insurance information, generating reports, and maintaining contract and lease files. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, assisting in bidding processes, coding invoices, tracking expiration dates, maintaining the property maintenance work order system, producing monthly management reports and annual budgets, and fostering positive relationships with tenants and clients. Key skills include communication proficiency, customer focus, organization, interpersonal skills, initiative, and multi-tasking; proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to handle confidential information. The role emphasizes office administration, report preparation, contract and certificate tracking, and collaboration with Property Managers to ensure policy compliance and efficient operation of property management activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED equivalent; Bachelor Degree preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
