Job Summary
Respond to tenant inquiries, service providers, and contractors while redirecting specific issues to appropriate staff members. Track and distribute lease documents, update contact lists, and prepare welcome packages for new tenants. Prepare notices and correspondence for the Property Manager, draft operational documents, and obtain supplier quotations. Issue and track purchase orders, coordinate seasonal work contracts, and distribute move-out packages. Review invoices, coordinate tenant chargebacks, and assist with budget preparation. Maintain utility meter databases, analyze accounts receivable, and follow up on rental arrears. Track facility staff work hours, verify payroll chargebacks, and coordinate tenant signage. Prepare monthly property management reports and attend staff meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related work experience
- Currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment
