Job Summary
Property Administrative Specialist I supports multiple hotel departments with administrative tasks, including preparing documents using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, or presentation software; serving as the point of contact for clients and vendors; and acting as the liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event lifecycle (pre-event, event, post-event). The role involves collaborating across Guest Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage, maintaining professional relationships, following company policies, and upholding safety and quality standards. Additional duties may include reporting incidents, moving objects up to 10 pounds, and performing other reasonable tasks as requested by Supervisors.
