Job Summary
Part-time Document Admin in Global Property Administration responsible for managing and filing documents, conducting research, scanning and uploading original documents, maintaining Lien Tracker and Letter of Credit Tracker, ensuring compliance with record retention policies, notarizing legal documents, and delivering strong client service in a detail-oriented environment. The role requires an Associate degree and proficiency with Excel/Word, plus strong communication, accuracy, and independent work skills.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Real Estate, Finance, Economics or equivalent
- Basic skills with Microsoft Excel, Word experience
- Excellent listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy and excellent analytical and problem solving skills required
