Handle complex claims with minimal supervision by researching coverage decisions, evaluating damages, and negotiating settlements with insureds, claimants, and attorneys. Conduct thorough investigations, manage active files, ensure proper reserving, and present claims to the Committee. Supervise litigated files and serve as a mentor to the team while maintaining high adherence to department audit guidelines. Utilize current Claims technology and demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Business or Insurance preferred, along with an Associate in Claims designation. Located in West Bend, Madison, or Appleton, WI, with hybrid or remote options depending on proximity to office locations.
