Property Adjuster Specialist — Field role in GA focused on investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling complex property insurance claims. Leverages technology and virtual inspections for a desk-adjusting-first approach with a company vehicle for in-person inspections; may travel outside the local territory as needed. Requires high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of relevant claims experience; strong knowledge of Xactimate, residential construction, and applicable state laws; must obtain an active adjuster license within 90 days and be willing to travel 50-75% and perform catastrophe duties. Duties include claims investigation, coverage determinations, SIU referrals when appropriate, complex settlement negotiations, and maintaining thorough claim-file documentation; supports regulatory coordination and collaboration with vendors and internal partners; CAT deployment may be required; may include on-call, evenings, weekends, or holidays.
