Job Summary
Prioritize policyholders during their time loss through demonstrated empathy and understanding while managing workload with independent judgment. Conduct commercial and residential property claims adjustments in Duluth, MN, utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills to maintain clear lines with carriers and insureds. Manage flexible schedules to meet the needs of clients, requiring an active Xactimate license for writing damage estimates and the ability to access roofs. Maintain a tenured foundation of industry expertise by consulting with a wide knowledge base and participating in quarterly coaching sessions for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Independent Adjuster adjusters with commercial and residential property claims in Duluth, MN and surrounding area
- Minimum of three years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience
- Current, active Xactimate license and experience writing both residential and commercial damage estimates in Xactimate
- Ability to pass a background screen
- Current, active license where required
- Equipment and ability to access roofs
- Outstanding work ethic
- Flexible schedule to help meet the needs of insureds and carriers
- Clear, consistent, and timely communication
- Open to receiving and providing feedback
- Ability to manage workload while exercising good judgment effectively and independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technological skills with the ability to work within various claims management systems
