Job Summary
Prioritize policyholders during time loss through demonstrated empathy and understanding while managing workload independently. Conduct commercial and residential property claims adjustments in Duluth, MN, utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills to maintain clear lines with carriers and insureds. Execute damage estimates in Xactimate, requiring a current active license and ability to access roofs for equipment. Maintain a flexible schedule outside standard 9-5 hours to meet the needs of clients, supported by continuous feedback, quarterly coaching, and training tailored to individual growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Independent Adjuster adjusters with commercial and residential property claims in Duluth, MN and surrounding area
- Minimum of three years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience
- Current, active Xactimate license and experience writing both residential and commercial damage estimates in Xactimate
- Ability to pass a background screen
- Current, active license where required
- Equipment and ability to access roofs
- Outstanding work ethic
- Flexible schedule to help meet the needs of insureds and carriers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technological skills with the ability to work within various claims management systems
- The ability to manage workload while exercising good judgment effectively and independently
- You must be open to receiving and providing feedback
Desired Qualifications
