Job Summary
Prioritize policyholders during their time loss through demonstrated empathy and understanding while managing workload with independent judgment. Conduct commercial and residential property claims adjustments in the Greenbay, Appleton, and Fox Cities areas, utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills and technological proficiency in various claims management systems. Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of insureds and carriers, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication with both internal teams and carrier clients. You must possess a current, active Xactimate license, three years of relevant adjusting experience, and the ability to pass a background screen and access roofs. This role offers continuous feedback, quarterly coaching, and training tailored to individual growth objectives within a diverse market of carriers.
Required Qualifications
- Independent Adjuster adjusters with commercial and residential property claims in Wisconsin: Greenbay Appleton and Fox Cities area
- Minimum of three years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience
- Current, active Xactimate license and experience writing both residential and commercial damage estimates in Xactimate
- Ability to pass a background screen
- Current, active license where required
- Equipment and ability to access roofs
- Outstanding work ethic
- Flexible schedule to help meet the needs of insureds and carriers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technological skills with the ability to work within various claims management systems
- The ability to manage workload while exercising good judgment effectively and independently
- You must be open to receiving and providing feedback
Desired Qualifications
