Job Summary
Prioritize policyholders during time loss through demonstrated empathy and clear, consistent communication with carriers and insureds. Manage independent workload while exercising good judgment, utilizing strong technological skills to write residential and commercial damage estimates in Xactimate. Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of clients, ensuring upfront understanding of carrier requirements and providing real-time quality assurance feedback. This role requires a minimum of three years of property adjusting experience, an active Xactimate license, and the ability to access roofs, within a diverse market of carriers focused on continuous improvement and partner support.
Required Qualifications
- Independent Adjuster adjusters with commercial and residential property claims in Duluth, MN and surrounding area
- Minimum of three years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience
- Current, active Xactimate license and experience writing both residential and commercial damage estimates in Xactimate
- Ability to pass a background screen
- Current, active license where required
- Equipment and ability to access roofs
- Outstanding work ethic
- Flexible schedule to help meet the needs of insureds and carriers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technological skills with the ability to work within various claims management systems
- The ability to manage workload while exercising good judgment effectively and independently
- You must be open to receiving and providing feedback
Desired Qualifications
- Carrier experience is desired
- Liability experience is a plus
