Job Summary
Review claim forms, policies, and documentation to evaluate coverage and determine exposure for residential and commercial property claims. Investigate, negotiate, and resolve claims of varying complexity while establishing loss reserves and preparing accurate written reports. Manage assigned caseloads, coordinate with field adjusters and consultants, and negotiate settlements within assigned authority. Conduct subrogation investigations, analyze damage estimates, and maintain precise claim file documentation and diary management. Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders while recording time and expense charges accurately. Maintain required adjuster licenses and comply with all federal, state, and client regulations. This fully remote role requires working during Eastern Time Zone business hours and offers opportunities for professional growth within a growing independent claims adjusting firm.
