Property Adjuster I handles property claims within an assigned territory with independent discretion, operating from a home office and traveling daily to conduct property inspections. Duties include contacting policyholders, conducting investigations, inspecting damages, evaluating coverage, reserving funds, reviewing reports, and coordinating with agents and management; might advance to Property Adjuster II based on experience. The position requires driving regularly, and candidates should have high school completion with two years of claims handling experience or a bachelor’s degree, with willingness to pursue required trainings and licenses.
