Job Summary
Senior/Intermediate Field Property Adjuster role in Southwestern Ontario (London or Windsor) within a hybrid work environment. Investigate, evaluate, and settle moderate to complex commercial property claims from initial loss through final settlement, coordinating with insureds, brokers, contractors, engineers, and legal counsel. Develop and maintain client relationships across Southwestern Ontario, with opportunities to advance toward large loss and complex claims handling. Requires CIP designation, 3-5 years of commercial property adjusting experience, strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, and the ability to travel within the territory using a company-provided driver’s license. The role leverages iAdjust software and offers a hybrid/remote work setup under a supportive, growth-oriented claims team.
