We are looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to research, evaluate, and support the acquisition process. This role requires strong analytical skills and familiarity with property evaluations and transaction processes.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of real estate transactions and terminology
- Familiarity with trustee sales, foreclosures, liens, and title searches
- Ability to evaluate property values and investment potential
