Job Summary
Enter purchase orders, invoices, and vendor communications; receive and process collections while collecting past due balances from existing residents. Maintain resident files, ensure completeness and accuracy of all paperwork, and conduct move-out apartment inspections with Supervisor approval. Manage collections efforts, resolve resident complaints, and direct pertinent issues to a Supervisor. Maintain all account records and transactions including NSF's, rent allowances, concessions, rent increases, and management-approved debits and credits. Provide clerical and phone support while adhering to the Management Company's operating procedures and policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Intermediate computer and Internet knowledge
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions
- Ability to use all on-site resident management software functions
- Ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms
- Ability to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed
- Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands
- Ability to occasionally climb
- Ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods of time
- Ability to address the needs of residents, prospects, and vendors
- Ability to handle high stress situations effectively
- Ability to exhibit strong leadership skills

Desired Qualifications
- Two years of experience in residential property management in the Multifamily Industry
- Previous Bookkeeping experience
- Knowledge of the following software programs: Yardi, Entrata, Resident Check
