Job Summary
Compile, review, and reconcile hotel accounting entries while ensuring accurate account coding and timely invoice processing. Verify night audit data input into M3, post ledger payments, and reconcile credit card accounts and daily cash postings. Process payroll by entering time clock records, tips, and benefits, and prepare monthly journal entries and reports. Respond promptly to vendor inquiries, audit daily deposits, and maintain confidentiality for all personnel and financial records.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds

Desired Qualifications
- A Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent
- Accounting background
- Familiarity with hospitality industry practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft office
