Job Summary
Manage 3rd party accounts by recording monthly income, expenses, and asset/liability changes. Process banking transactions including wires, transfers, and deposits while executing monthly closing tasks like journal entries and reconciliations. Perform internal audits to verify compliance with policies and prepare budget drafts for affordable housing properties. Reconcile bank accounts, resolve discrepancies, and oversee delinquency reports, pre-paid rent journals, and security deposit ledgers. Coordinate accounts payable, monitor cash flow, and support year-end audits and tax filings. Deliver accurate monthly financial reports and process lender reporting obligations using RealPage/OneSite and other property management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
- Current automobile insurance
- Reliable transportation
