Job Summary
Property Access & Survey Coordinator coordinates survey access from homeowners to field crews, manages order intake and client coordination, reviews orders for completeness, tracks projects through completion, and liaises with homeowners, builders, title companies, and internal departments to ensure access and information are accurate and available. Responsibilities include proactively contacting homeowners to notify upcoming surveys, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, providing access instructions and site prep requirements, verifying gates/locks/access points, gathering property-specific information (gate codes, access restrictions, special instructions, safety concerns), escalating access issues as needed, and maintaining accurate records of all client communications and appointment statuses in company systems. Emphasis on strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Current role requires coordinating with survey crews and Operations personnel to ensure safe, efficient project execution.
