Job Summary
Transfer, collect, load, and deliver propane product to and from containers for customers while initiating asset verification. Notify the Delivery Coordinator of route or frequency changes and conduct pre/post vehicle and site inspections to ensure regulatory compliance. Maintain equipment to safety standards, report mechanical issues, and perform tank evacuations, hookups, and servicing of appliances under direct supervision. Load and unload tanks from facilities and customer locations, determining weights and ensuring proper placement and leveling. Provide exceptional customer service by promoting company products and maintaining a clean, organized vehicle. Requires a valid DZ Driver's License, two years of commercial driving experience, and ability to lift 60 lbs regularly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of two (2) years of commercial driving experience
- Possess valid DZ Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
- Ability to repetitively lift 60 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Strong customer Service skills
- Knowledge and ability to use computers, specifically on board truck computers
