Job Summary
Conduct propane service and tank installation, identifying and correcting leaks from tank to equipment connections. Perform tank maintenance on spare tanks at plants and complete inspections and repairs at customer locations. Respond to customer emergencies and rotate on-call status during evenings and weekends as needed. Assist with bobtail truck propane deliveries when cross-trained. Communicate proactively with the Service Manager, CSC Manager, Dispatcher, Sales reps, drivers, and customers. Requires a Massachusetts Gas Fitter's License and 2-3 years of propane gas/oil service experience.
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts Gas Fitter's License
- Legal Authorization to work in the US
- CDL Class A or B or willingness to obtain within first year of employment in the position
Desired Qualifications
- 2-3 years propane gas/oil service preferred; HVAC
- NH Gas Fitter's License preferred
- Hazmat/ Tanker endorsement preferred
- Propane Delivery License preferred
