Job Summary
Transfer, collect, load, and deliver propane products to bulk trucks, tanks, and cylinders while initiating asset verification and collecting customer signatures. Maintain equipment through pre and post vehicle inspections, reporting mechanical issues to the Fleet Manager. Provide propane tank installations ensuring compliance with state and local codes, identifying leaks, and responding to customer emergencies. Collaborate with the Dispatcher for routing and scheduling, notifying them immediately of any safety or operational issues. Monitor inventory levels, record delivery tickets, and submit daily driver reports. Requires a CDL Class A or B with Tanker and Hazmat endorsement, willingness to rotate on-call status, and a clean drivers abstract.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CDL Class A or B
- Clean drivers abstract
- Up-to-date DOT medical certification
- Legal Authorization to work in the US
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year job related (Propane) experience
- Tanker & Hazmat Endorsement
- Willingness to rotate on call status during evenings and weekends
