Job Summary
Deliver, load, and unload propane to and from containers for customers while maintaining a clean vehicle and adhering to strict safety standards. Monitor inventory and tank levels using technology, record delivery tickets, and complete daily driver reports. Collaborate with the dispatcher for routing and scheduling, immediately reporting any product, customer, or safety issues for resolution. Conduct pre and post vehicle inspections, site inspections, and visual tank inspections, documenting mechanical issues for the Fleet Manager. Work consistent full-time hours during peak heating season with flexible seasonal rotations, including overtime as business needs require.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 1 year delivery driver experience
- CDL Class A or B
- Current DOT medical certification
- Legal Authorization to work in the US
- 6 months on / 6 months off
- 7 months on / 5 months off
- 8 months on / 4 months off
- 9 months on / 3 months off
- Consistent, full-time hours during peak heating season
- Opportunity to return each season based on performance and business needs
- Hands-on role supporting residential and commercial propane customers
- Schedule selection will be finalized during the hiring process based on business demand and candidate preference
Desired Qualifications
- Tanker and Hazmat endorsement preferred
