Job Summary
Transfer, collect, load, and deliver propane to customers from bulk trucks, tanks, and cylinders while maintaining a clean vehicle and conducting daily inspections. Monitor inventory and tank levels using technology, record delivery tickets, and submit driver reports. Collaborate with the dispatcher for routing, notify them immediately of safety or operational issues, and report mechanical problems. Work full-time hours during peak heating season with opportunities for overtime, adhering to seasonal rotations of six to nine months on and three to six months off.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- CDL Class A or B
- Current DOT medical certification
- Legal Authorization to work in the US
- Ability to work overtime and on call
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year delivery driver experience
- Tanker and Hazmat endorsement
