Job Summary
Direct the Request Queue & Upkeep Work by assigning incoming and recurring prop requests across the shift, unblocking people, and keeping the queue moving to meet service-level targets. Lead & Manage the Team of hourly staff by running check-ins, coaching, facilitating trials for new members, managing time cards, and coordinating with the staffing vendor. Audit & Coordinate work against the queue, deliver feedback on tooling gaps, and maintain Cross-Shift Continuity by reviewing handover notes and setting priorities at the start of each Mon–Fri shift. Execute the Process by owning the team's concept of operations playbook.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing, scheduling, and motivating an hourly, shift-based workforce
- A responsible, detail-oriented, organized, and high-ownership approach
- Clear communication skills
- Comfort with directing work and managing people as the primary job

- Experience with inventory management, staging/logistics, or physical operations
- People-management experience
