Job Summary
Manage game presentation inventory and storage for props, giveaways, and corporate prizes at all Atlanta Hawks home games. Set all props, special effects, and operational needs prior to gameday rehearsals, then lead game-day production of streamers, lighting, and other effects. Assist in set-up and execution of cryogenic and pyrotechnic special effects while preparing and instructing staff on t-shirt guns, CO2, and specialized equipment. Serve as the liaison for National Anthem, halftime performers, and assigned groups from arrival to departure. Work with game presentation personnel on rehearsals for on-court activations including contests, performances, and introductions. Maintain flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays to support the live presentation of the NBA's most engaging in-game show.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays (all Hawks home games)
- Ability to be responsible, reliable, accountable, problem solve, and multi-task with a sense of urgency
- Excellent people skills, with an ability to interact effectively and in a professional, diplomatic, and mature manner with internal and external parties
