Job Summary
Execute daily in-store promotions and brand activation events across Puerto Rico, managing logistics, inventory, and product visibility at the point of sale. Coordinate negotiations with retailers to drive sales decisions, channel distribution opportunities, and ensure promotional materials align with brand guidelines. Maintain open communication with product managers while submitting daily work reports and evaluating execution metrics. Requires 99% outdoor coverage, a valid Puerto Rico driver's license, and bilingual verbal/written skills in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- GA or BA in Business Administration or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in Sales or Promotion Activities and Negotiations in Consumer Products (Alcoholic Beverages)
- Valid Driver's License (ELAPR - Category 8)
- Solid time management skills and ability to operate electronic equipment (smartphones)
- Ability to interact with diverse audiences
- Excellent Microsoft Office 360 skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Solid effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish at all levels of leadership
- 99% of the time working outdoors
- Excellent concentration ability
- Solid emotional management skills for a high-pressure work environment
