Promoter of Merchandising for Mondelēz Brasil tasked with optimizing in-store visibility of Mondelēz products (gum, candy) through in-store visits and quantitative/qualitative filling of Mondelez IMPULSE items at checkouts and in locations dedicated to impulse products. Follow checkout implementation plans negotiated with Mondelēz sales reps; inform store staff of issues; occasionally assist with seasonal shelf improvements and additional visibility actions; execute daily route planning to ensure efficient in-store service; support seasonal campaigns and collaborate with store employees and sales reps to maximize product visibility. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivation to achieve goals, and a drive to advance in a dynamic field sales environment.
