Job Summary
Lead the design and execution of a market-leading promotional program across the Trade business. Define and embed the promotional strategy framework, governance standards, and the annual calendar. Own end-to-end planning and execution of promotional campaigns and catalogues, partnering with Category, Marketing and Demand Planning teams to deliver coordinated, high-impact activity. Develop multi-channel campaigns to drive sales and engage the store network, ensure timely and accurate promotional materials, and analyse performance to provide insights that improve ROI, sales uplift, and margin. Manage supplier funding, invoicing, and relationships to support strong campaign outcomes, and act as the primary communications point to the network on all promotional activity. Required proven experience in promotions, trade planning or category analytics, strong analytical capability, and experience in trade/retail or multi-brand environments (automotive highly regarded). This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration across Merchandise, Marketing, Supply Chain and Sales, and requires the ability to lead, influence, and deliver in fast-paced settings.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in promotions, trade planning or category analytics
- Strong commercial acumen with advanced analytical capability (e.g. sales uplift, ROI, margin impact)
- Experience designing promotional frameworks, governance and campaign structures
- Ability to lead and influence across cross-functional teams (Merchandise, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations)
- Strong stakeholder management and project delivery capability in fast-paced environments
- Experience in trade, retail or multi-brand environments (automotive highly regarded)
