Job Summary
Implement and execute all on-site and off-site casino promotions, including drawings and giveaways, while coordinating creative promotions with Marketing Management. Prepare regulatory notifications for STGC and ensure strict compliance with policies, game rules, and internal controls. Provide excellent verbal and written communication to interface with guests, resolving inquiries and maintaining an elevated guest experience. Work a flexible schedule under limited supervision, maintaining stage presence and positive body language. Perform special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- A minimum of two (2) years marketing, casino promotions, or guest service experience
- Any combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to learn and operate industry software and programs
- Must be able to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the United States of America
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Soboba Tribal Gaming Commission license
- Required to submit to and obtain negative results on all drug and/or alcohol testing
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
