Job Summary
The Promotions Coordinator is responsible for managing sales strategies related to promotion, engagement, and conversion. This role includes leading field marketing activities and implementing outreach programs, working closely with management to plan data collection strategies, and actively increasing the venue's database. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in hospitality or sales/marketing, possess strong communication skills, and be highly organized. The position also involves hosting check-ins, assisting with event bookings, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a hospitality and/or sales or marketing setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Savvy in marketing and promotional strategies
- Highly organized and reliable
- Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements
- Ability to frequently stand or move within and outside of the facility
