Promotions Coordinator (Island View Casino Resort)

Promotions Coordinator responsible for hands-on execution and operation of promotions and special events at Island View and Beach View Casino Resorts. Supports the Promotions Assistant Manager and Promotions Manager by assisting with planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional activities while providing operational feedback and recommendations. Serves as a frontline representative of the Promotions Department, interacting directly with guests, explaining promotional details, operating drawings and giveaways, and ensuring all promotions are executed accurately, timely, and in compliance with established guidelines. Also assists with promotional inventory, signage, and internal communication to ensure seamless event execution.
