Job Summary
Promotions Coordinator supporting the Digital Sportsbook promotions team in developing and executing promotions to drive growth and retention of bettors. Responsibilities include creating promotions briefings, maintaining internal logs, collaborating with Product teams to refine features and scale automation, assisting in weekly/monthly financial and KPI reporting, coordinating with Customer Service on inquiries about promotions, maintaining comprehensive sports and promotional calendars, tracking offers from competitors, and using Excel to upload bonuses for quick customer delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience supporting promotions or promotions coordination
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with Product and Customer Service teams
