Job Summary
Promotions Administrative Support to assist merchandising and promotional execution within PharmaChoice Canada's centralized ordering platform. Responsibilities include maintaining item master data (new item setup, discontinuation), linking items to promotional programs, updating product attributes (descriptions, pack sizes, pricing, vendors, marketing definitions), documenting system issues, and meeting promotional deadlines. Supports flyer and vendor submissions (vendor submissions, EDI file preparation, flyer content lists, order forms, and posting updates to members), as well as follow-up reporting. Provides seasonal/prebook support (seasonal promotional files, calendar updates) and private label administrative support (maintain item files, prepare item reports, post updates in internal portal, support category manager). Requires intermediate Excel proficiency, strong organizational and time management skills, high attention to detail, ability to follow structured workflows, clear verbal and written communication, and cross-functional collaboration across merchandising and marketing teams and external vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
