Job Summary
Collaborate with the Customer Experience Management team to convey marketing messaging and initiatives. Meet weekly and monthly sales goals by acting as a Greeter, Floater, Promoter, or Street Team Member while guiding guests through the campus. Promote and sell Experience Passes, attraction tickets, and special event tickets by proactively engaging guests, identifying their interests, and recommending aligned dining, retail, and event offerings. Operate the POS system to handle ticket transactions and credit card processing, then report on sales trends and guest feedback. Distribute brand materials and participate in themed activations, costume experiences, and promotional videos as assigned. Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays while maintaining professional standards and adhering to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- A background in sales is required
- Exceptional skills in ticket sales
- Goal-oriented and able to meet provided sales goals
- Proficiency in sales, customer service, ticket inventory management, with the ability to drive sales goals and suggest adjustments to sales strategy and operations
- Ability to promote and recommend products and experiences confidently
- Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with large volumes of guests
- Self-motivated, outgoing, and proactive in guest approach and engagement, both on and off the property
- Proficiency in relationship-building and storytelling, with a willingness to dress in costume and bring an out-of-the-box approach to surprise and delight guests
- Exceptional customer service skills, excelling in verbal communication and in-person conversational skills
- Ability to understand guest needs and interact effectively with different personality types
- Strong skills in listening, communication, presentation, and social interactions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain positive in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of providing information on AREA15 and its experiences
- Genuine enthusiasm for AREA15
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 25 pounds
- Ability to understand, speak, read, and write the English language
- Computer skills in Microsoft applications
- Availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in an environment subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, flashing lights, and smoke
- Ability to work in all weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, sun exposure, wind, rain, extreme cold
Desired Qualifications
- A preference for a performance background
- Willingness to act as a social media influencer, participate in promotional content for AREA15, and possess a strong social, local, and industry network in Las Vegas (or beyond), with knowledge of local market and visitation trends preferred
